Transportation Improvement Program

The HCMPO has developed a four-year Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for Hidalgo County. The TIP includes both highway and transit projects. The TIP was developed in accordance with a public involvement policy and has been endorsed by a resolution of the Transportation Policy Committee. Click on the following links for plan components:
