Report Non-Compliance Violation
The Lower Rio Grande Valley Development Council, as the Regional Council of Governments, Planning Commission, and Economic Development District takes all reports of "Non-Compliance Violations", of all categories, seriously and commits to fully investigating and taking any appropriate action.
THE LOWER RIO GRANDE VALLEY DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL PROHIBITS RETALIATION AGAINST ANY PERSON MAKING A REPORT. ANY PERSON (EMPLOYEE OR SERVICE PROVIDER) ENGAGING IN ANY FORM OF RETALIATION WILL BE SUBJECT TO DISCIPLINARY OR OTHER APPROPRIATE ACTION.
All applicable employees, service providers, contractors and/or members of the governing body are expected to report any activity that may violate Lower Rio Grande Valley Development Council mission, standards, applicable law, regulation, rules or guidelines.
Reports may be submitted anonymously using any of the methods indicated below.
The goal of all reporting methods is to provide opportunities for the identification, investigation, correction and prevention of inappropriate activities.
